Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy using multi-line phone systems. Handle data entry tasks accurately using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, and specialized software like Care Stack for financial record-keeping. Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to important documents. Coordinate calendar management, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events efficiently while prioritizing time-sensitive tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person, fostering positive client relationships. Support office management activities including supply ordering, inventory tracking, and maintaining office equipment. Assist with clerical duties such as word processing, document preparation, and ensuring overall office organization. Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with productivity software, and CRM's. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and client interaction in a bilingual environment is a plus. Strong computer literacy with the ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with effective time management skills.
