Assistant Manager / Dental Treatment Coordinator - Long Beach Busy dental office seeking an experienced, motivated Assistant Manager / Treatment Coordinator for our Long Beach location. Immediate opening! We are looking for a strong, confident, fast-paced individual who takes ownership of the office and their results. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with dental experience who is ready to take on a leadership role and has the ability to confidently present and close treatment.
SPANISH REQUIRED - MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH & SPANISH.
What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Bilingual English/Spanish - REQUIRED Experienced in the dental field Experienced with treatment coordination and case presentation Confident presenting and closing treatment Comfortable discussing fees, financing, insurance and payment options Fast, efficient and able to multitask Highly organized and able to prioritize Able to take ownership without needing constant direction Goal-driven and motivated by results Professional, dependable and punctual Strong with patient communication and follow-up Comfortable being held accountable to production, collection and case-acceptance goals A team player who can also provide leadership and direction to the team Assistant Manager / TC Responsibilities Present comprehensive treatment plans to patients Confidently ask patients to move forward with recommended treatment Close general, implant and specialty treatment cases Explain financing and payment options Follow up aggressively and professionally on unscheduled treatment Work the unsold treatment list consistently Follow up with new patients, recalls and consultations Maintain a productive schedule and fill openings quickly Verify insurance and prepare accurate treatment estimates Monitor collections, production and outstanding balances Work A/R and aging reports Trace outstanding insurance claims Assist with daily office operations Help manage the front-office workflow and hold the team accountable Identify problems and work toward solutions instead of waiting for management Maintain accurate patient notes and follow-up documentation Help the office meet daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
SALES & BONUS OPPORTUNITY
This position offers the opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance and successfully closed treatment cases. We want someone who is comfortable with sales and understands that treatment coordination is about helping patients understand the value of their recommended treatment and finding a financial solution that allows them to move forward. The more successful you are at closing cases and helping the office grow, the greater your opportunity to earn additional compensation. Leadership & Ownership This is not simply a front-desk position. We need someone who can walk into the office, understand what needs to get done, prioritize it and take ownership.

REQUIRED.
Bilingual English/Spanish is
REQUIRED.
Treatment coordination and case-presentation experience is strongly preferred. Previous dental management or leadership experience is a plus. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven dental office where initiative, accountability, patient service and results are highly valued.
