About Us:
Elm Endodontics is a specialty dental practice in Broomfield, CO, dedicated to providing advanced endodontic care in a supportive, professional, and patient-centered environment. We use cutting-edge technology (CBCT imaging, microscopes, and laser) and pride ourselves on efficiency, compassion, and attention to detail.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Office Manager/Receptionist / Insurance Coordinator to oversee the smooth flow of our practice. This role is central to patient care and practice success — handling front office operations, insurance verification and billing, and practice coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and motivated to help patients feel cared for while keeping the practice running seamlessly.
Hours:
Monday through Thursday with some Fridays. 8:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow. Gather patient records from referring dentists. Verify insurance benefits, process claims, post payments, and manage accounts receivable. Oversee front office operations, patient communications, and financial arrangements. Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with dental regulations. Support the doctor and clinical team with day-to-day practice coordination. Contribute to a positive, professional environment for both patients and staff.
Qualifications:
Previous dental front office and insurance experience required. Chairside assisting experience in endodontics is a plus, as it adds to a greater understanding of the scope of treatment, but not required. Strong knowledge of dental insurance billing and verification. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Experience with dental software, especially TDO (The Digital Office). Leadership or office management experience a plus.
Schedule & Benefits:
