Job Description

Our client, a rapidly growing dental organization with practices throughout New England, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy, patient-focused dental office. If you're a natural leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, creating exceptional patient experiences, and keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead and support the front office and administrative team Oversee daily practice operations and office workflow Manage scheduling for providers and staff Coach, mentor, and develop team members Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish Ensure office policies, procedures, and compliance standards are maintained Collaborate with regional leadership to support continued growth and success What We're Looking For 3+ years of dental office management or business office experience Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix is a plus) Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Passion for delivering exceptional customer service If you're ready to take the next step in your dental management career with a company that values leadership, teamwork, and exceptional patient care, we'd love to connect with you.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
