We are looking for a reliable, organized, and professional individual who enjoys creating a positive experience for our patients while keeping the front office running smoothly.
Schedule Monday:
7:45 AM•5:00
PM Wednesday:
7:45 AM•5:00
PM Alternating Friday and Saturday:
7:45 AM•5:00 PM One-hour lunch break each day Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude Answer and manage incoming phone calls Schedule and confirm appointments Verify dental insurance benefits and process insurance claims Process dental pre-treatment estimates Collect patient payments and maintain accurate financial records Manage patient accounts and financial arrangements Maintain electronic patient records using the Curve dental practice management system Coordinate daily front office operations and ensure an efficient workflow Communicate with patients regarding appointments, treatment, insurance, and financial arrangements Assist the dentist and team with administrative and office management duties Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dental receptionist or dental office manager (required) Knowledge of dental insurance verification, claims processing, and pre-treatment estimates is highly preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Friendly and supportive private practice environment 50% off dental treatment for employees Ample on-site parking Opportunity to become an important part of a close-knit dental team If you are an experienced dental front office professional who takes pride in providing exceptional patient care and enjoy working in a welcoming private practice, we would love to hear from you.
