Job Summary:
We are looking for an eye care Front Desk Supervisor to join our optometry practice. The Front Desk Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and providing administrative support to our patients and optical professionals .Candidates must have previous optical experience and be highly proficient with Office Mate Practice Management Software. If you have experience managing a busy front desk, supervising staff, coordinating patient flow, verifying vision and medical insurance, and providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you. OfficeMate Experience Required Applicants should be comfortable using Office Mate for appointment scheduling, patient registration, insurance verification, payment posting, patient account management, reporting, daily scheduling, updating demographics, and general front office workflow
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus. Experience in an eye care setting (optometric, ophthalmic, or optical)
Schedule:
