The ideal candidate is a confident leader with strong knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling, billing, collections, and team management. Responsibilities Lead and support front office team members Manage daily office operations and workflow Coordinate patient scheduling for maximum efficiency Verify insurance benefits and oversee insurance claims Monitor accounts receivable and collections Ensure accurate billing and financial reporting Train, coach, and support administrative staff Assist with hiring and onboarding team members Resolve patient concerns professionally and compassionately Maintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards Work closely with the doctors to improve systems and patient satisfaction Qualifications Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience preferred Strong knowledge of dental insurance, PPOs, billing, and collections Experience with Open Dental preferred (or similar dental software) Excellent leadership and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Commitment to exceptional customer service
