Job Overview Delight Dental Staffing is seeking a highly organized Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator to lead a dental practice with enthusiasm and expertise. Experience with Dental is a Must. This pivotal role combines administrative leadership with patient-centered treatment coordination, ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional patient care, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong managerial skills, clinical knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding dental services. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' oral health journey while managing a thriving practice. Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, and workflow management to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care Coordinate patient treatment plans by explaining procedures, financial options, and scheduling follow-up appointments with clarity and compassion Manage financial aspects such as billing, coding, insurance claims processing, budgeting, and fiscal management to optimize practice revenue Supervise administrative staff Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA Utilize systems like Eaglesoft for accurate medical records management and patient data entry Skills Proven experience in dental office management with strong supervisory capabilities is required Extensive knowledge of dental office procedures including billing, coding, patient records management, and compliance standards such as HIPAA Proficiency in Eaglesoft platforms; familiarity with patient management software is essential Strong fiscal management skills including budgeting, financial reporting, and managing accounts receivable/payable Excellent managerial communication skills to lead teams effectively and foster a positive work environment Deep understanding of dental care settings Ability to navigate office management tools such as Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting purposes Knowledge of dental terminology and medical terminology relevant to dental care delivery is a must Experience supervising staff in a clinical setting with a focus on customer service excellence We value energetic professionals who are eager to lead a team toward excellence while ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of dental treatment.
