We are hiring an Area Manager to be a leader and support person for surrounding locations Tampa locations. Responsibilities for Area Manager Assist with opening new Fine Ink Studios locations from site selection to overseeing buildouts and studio set ups Manage day-to-day operations within the organization Oversee Artist and ensure adherence to organizational standards and guidelines Meet regularly with Studio Supervisors and Artist to provide critical feedback and encouragement Manage Artist Schedules Run payroll and complete inventory on a weekly basis Create and deliver reports to senior-level officers and maintain effective meeting notes Onboard new contractors and provide guidance and direction to those still learning Identify organizational or employee-related issues and create effective solutions Qualifications for Area Manager Previous work experience may qualify in place of high school diploma An Associate's or Bachelor's degree may be preferred for management in specialized fields 0-5 years of experience, depending on industry Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage others Distinct communication skills, to include a willingness to offer positive and negative feedback as needed Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability communicate across different levels of an organization Working knowledge of basic computer operating systems, such as Windows or MacOS Excellent organizational skills and an ability to create easily-followed guidelines for others Strongly self-motivated, to include studying and maintaining working knowledge of industry standards and trends.
