Think you've got what it takes to join our TIC team? Keep reading… A day in the life… Wondering what a day in the life of Customer Support Supervisor in OB/GYN at The Iowa Clinic might look like? Oversee daily clinic operations and administrative functions to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care. Manage front desk, scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and telephone operations. Coordinate diagnostic testing, procedures, and follow-up appointments. Monitor billing, coding, charge posting, denials, and accounts payable to support revenue cycle accuracy. Partner with physicians, leadership, and billing teams to identify and resolve operational and financial issues. Assist with budget development and monitor clinic financial performance. Recruit, train, supervise, schedule, and support clinic staff in compliance with company policies. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies and procedures. Participate in leadership meetings, committees, and continuous improvement initiatives. Promote a positive, professional, and patient-focused environment while supporting team members as needed. This job might be for you if… Education High school diploma or equivalent. Qualifications Previous experience in a medical office setting required. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
