Do you love teaching your pet handling skills, veterinary medicine knowledge, and time management skills to your team? Are you passionate about teaching, leading, and inspiring a team to provide amazing pet care and work together to achieve team goals? If so, this is the position for you! The responsibility for the animal care team manager is to direct, supervise, and assist all of our animal care team in providing the very best patient care to all of our adorable dogs and cats and make sure they have the very best home away from home. Our animal care attendants provide for every want and need our furry patients have, making sure they get walked and fed, their kennels are cleaned, they have freshly laundered blankets to snuggle, and they are safe, healthy, and loved while their parents are away. Attention to detail is crucial, as our animal care team records all of the daily habits of each pet that stays with us, and monitors them for any concerning changes or emergency situations that need to be addressed by our treatment team. We are looking for our team manager to foster a culture of respect for all team members and animals. We work with each other and help each other to ensure each animal receives the best care possible. Teamwork, positive support, and respect are vital to this mission.
