Oversee daily practice operations, optimize patient scheduling, manage inquiries, and maintain seamless patient flow.Elevate Patient Experience:
Champion a warm, responsive, and patient-centric atmosphere where every individual feels cared for from arrival to check-out.Clinical & Administrative Synergy:
Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure harmonious daily operations and exceptional care quality.Financial Management & Revenue Cycle:
Manage practice financials, oversee insurance claims and billing processes, handle basic business accounting, and drive strategies to reach annual profitability goals.Treatment & Financial Presentations:
Clearly and empathetically present treatment plans, financial estimates, and post-operative care instructions to patients.Regulatory Compliance:

Minimum of 3+ years of successful experience managing a dental practice.Software Proficiency:
Hands-on proficiency and confidence with Open Dental software.Business Acumen:
Solid foundation in business accounting and strong Microsoft Excel skills.Compliance Knowledge:
Thorough understanding and active application of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team toward common goals.Communication & Detail:
