Dental Practice Manager - Help Lead an Exciting New Chapter! Are you ready for more than just another dental office management position? Our practice has recently transitioned to new ownership, and we're looking for an experienced, motivated Dental Practice Manager who is excited to help us build what comes next. This is an opportunity to become the owner's trusted right-hand person and play a meaningful role in shaping the culture, systems, patient experience, and continued growth of the practice. We're looking for a true leader—someone who sees what needs to be done and makes it happen. What You'll Do As our Practice Manager, you'll help keep the practice moving forward while partnering directly with the owner on both day-to-day operations and long-term goals.
You will:
Lead, coach, and support our administrative and clinical teams Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice Create an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through treatment completion Manage scheduling, patient flow, and overall office productivity Oversee insurance, billing, collections, and financial performance Monitor key practice metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and growth Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members Build a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture Help create and improve systems that make the practice more efficient Ensure compliance with office policies, OSHA, and HIPAA requirements Manage vendor relationships, supplies, and facility needs Partner directly with the owner on strategic planning, operations, and practice growth Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is confident, organized, approachable, and comfortable taking the lead.
You should have:
A minimum of 3 years of dental office or practice management experience Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, treatment coordination, and front-office operations Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills The ability to work independently, prioritize, and follow through A proactive mindset—you don't just identify problems, you help create solutions A positive attitude and genuine passion for providing an exceptional patient experience Dentrix experience is a plus Why You'll Love This Opportunity Competitive compensation based on experience Flexible 3-4 day workweek Fridays off!
