The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, administrative expertise, and a thorough understanding of dental-office operations. This position requires Previous experience managing a dental practice . Candidates who are bilingual in Portuguese and English or Spanish and English are preferred but not required. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with dental-management software, including Dentrix and Open Dental. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the dental office. Coordinate front-office activities, patient scheduling, confirmations, and communications. Support a welcoming, professional, and patient-centered office environment. Manage insurance verification, billing coordination, accounts receivable, and payment processes. Monitor office procedures to promote efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Coordinate staff schedules, responsibilities, training, and performance. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Work confidently with Dentrix and Open Dental software. Communicate effectively with patients, dental professionals, insurance representatives, and vendors. Assist with treatment coordination and help ensure a smooth patient experience. Identify opportunities to improve workflow, customer service, and office performance. Support inventory management, ordering, and relationships with office suppliers. Handle administrative concerns with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
