Job Description We are looking for an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician who knows how to troubleshoot a system, take care of the customer, and provide the right solution. Job Duties Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issues Service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central AC systems, and air handlers Explain findings and present repair or replacement options to homeowners Identify opportunities for system upgrades and maintenance agreements Complete estimates, invoices, and service documentation accurately Maintain company vehicle, tools, parts, and equipment Follow EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards Provide a professional customer experience from start to finish Skills & Experience 1+ years of HVAC Maintenance experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability EPA 608 certification required Experience with furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, and AC systems Knowledge of electrical and low-voltage troubleshooting Ability to explain technical issues in a way customers understand Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Service Titan or similar field service software experience is a plus What Success Looks Like Shows up ready to work and follows through on commitments Takes pride in quality work and attention to detail Communicates clearly with customers and teammates Works safely and follows established processes Takes ownership, solves problems, and is willing to keep learning Benefits Company-provided phone/tablet Tool and safety equipment support Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Company-paid life and disability insurance Paid training and professional development Opportunities for career growth and advancement We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
