The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a background in medical office management. This role requires excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative processes while fostering a positive work environment for the team. Duties Supervise and support office staff, ensuring effective team management and collaboration. Oversee medical office management tasks including patient scheduling and record-keeping. Manage clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized documentation. Coordinate event planning for office functions and meetings to promote team engagement. Handle phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and staff. Maintain calendar management for executives and staff, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed. Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while promoting best practices in administration. Requirements Proven experience in supervising teams within an office environment. Background in medical office management, Credentialling, Billing is preferred Strong clerical skills with proficiency in filing systems and document organization. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues. Experience with event planning is a plus, showcasing organizational capabilities. Ability to manage calendars effectively, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
