Direct Hire Practice Manager- Radiation Oncology Rockville, Maryland We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager
- Radiation Oncology to oversee the daily operations and administrative functions of a radiation oncology practice in Rockville, Maryland.
- Oversee day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the practice
- Develop, implement, and maintain practice policies, procedures, and operational objectives
- Analyze operational performance and business conditions and provide recommendations to leadership
- Manage and maintain operational systems, including coordination of hardware and software needs
- Promote effective communication and appropriate information flow across the practice
- Prepare and maintain management and operational reports
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Support the development and coordination of new office locations as needed
- Supervise administrative and support staff (clinical direction provided by physicians)
- Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
- Minimum of 7 years of healthcare management experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience managing healthcare operations, systems, and reporting
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and accreditation requirements
Compensation Salary Range:
