We are looking for a Business Office Manager for Willowbrook Hills, a Senior Living Facility in Auburn Hills to join our growing team! The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide many levels of support to our clients and care staff.

Job Description:

Answer telephone in a professional manor and route call to the appropriate party Update and maintain resident/employee birthday list Exemplary computer skills Maintain employee schedules Take on-call on a rotating basis with the Director Team to provide support for the on-call shift supervisor- required Assist with new-hire intake including posting positions, screening resumes, interviews, and hiring for care staff Maintain facility log book (i.e. refrigerator temperatures, water temperatures) Maintain Fire Inspection Book Maintain cleanliness of the building and assign cleaning duties to staff as needed Monitor Supervisor's log book for completion of tasks assigned Conduct tours when necessary Maintain appearance of building Encourage and motivate shift supervisors and caregivers and bring forward new ideas to better these roles

Qualifications:
