As a Veterinary Assistant Supervisor, you will partner closely with ourMedical DirectorandHospital Managerto support daily hospital operations, mentor team members, and drive engagement and efficiency throughout the hospital.

What You'll DoIn addition to Veterinary Technician responsibilities, you will:

Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to support staffAssist with hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team membersConduct performance discussions and provide ongoing feedbackCreate and manage staff schedulesLead team meetings and facilitate effective communicationImplement and uphold hospital policies and proceduresMonitor daily workflow and staffing needs to support efficient operationsEnsure accurate handling and documentation of controlled substancesPartner with hospital leadership to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and team developmentTotal RewardsAs a VCA Associate, eligible full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
