Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at SJ Flower house . As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist them with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide meal preparation and ensure that residents receive a balanced and nutritious diet
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• Respond to emergencies and provide basic first aid when necessary
• Engage with residents in social activities and support their social and emotional needs
• Collaborate with other caregivers to create a supportive and caring environment
• Maintain a clean and organized living space
• Perform light housekeeping duties as needed
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other staff members

Requirements:

• Experience in senior care, assisted living, or a related field
• Ability to lift and move residents, as needed
• Knowledge of vital signs and first aid procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with social work principles and practices
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
• Valid certification in first aid, CPR, or a related field
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or licenses This role requires a caring and attentive individual who can provide high-quality care and support to our residents.
