Job Description

Overview Join our private specialty practice , where you will lead the daily operations of a busy dental practice with enthusiasm and strategic insight. This pivotal role combines management expertise with leadership to ensure smooth functioning, exceptional patient care, and compliance with health regulation policies. As a key driver of performance improvement and operational excellence, you will foster a collaborative environment that empowers staff and elevates the patient experience. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining high standards aligned with our mission statement and ensuring quality patient care. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of dental office operations, including scheduling, billing, patient flow, and staff coordination to optimize efficiency and service quality Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team comprising dental assistants, hygienists, administrative staff, and nursing leadership to achieve shared goals Ensure compliance with health regulation policies, including infection control protocols, and privacy laws such as HIPAA Manage financials by monitoring budgets, controlling costs, and implementing revenue cycle management strategies Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among clinical and administrative departments to enhance operational workflows and patient outcomes Implement performance improvement (PI) initiatives to elevate service delivery and operational metrics continuously Communicate effectively with executive leadership to report on key performance indicators (KPIs), operational challenges, and strategic opportunities Qualifications Proven experience in healthcare management or medical office administration within a dental or similar clinical setting Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams and driving performance improvements in a fast-paced environment Expertise in healthcare financial management including budgeting, billing processes, and revenue cycle oversight Excellent managerial communication skills to foster teamwork, resolve conflicts, and engage stakeholders at all levels Strategic thinker with the ability to develop operational plans aligned with organizational goals Join us to lead our vibrant dental practice's where your management expertise makes a meaningful difference in patients' lives while advancing your career in healthcare management!

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
