Responsibilities Lead the overall management of clinical and administrative operations, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal patient experience. Develop and implement policies aligned with healthcare regulation standards, including JCAHO accreditation requirements. Oversee medical management activities, including quality assurance, performance improvement (PI), and compliance with health regulation policies. Manage healthcare financials by budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs while maximizing revenue opportunities. Foster cross-functional collaboration among medical staff, nursing leadership, administrative teams, and external partners to enhance service delivery. Provide executive leadership by setting strategic goals, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Lead team development efforts through coaching, performance evaluations, and promoting a positive workplace culture rooted in operational excellence. Skills Extensive knowledge of healthcare management practices and medical management principles. Proven experience in operational management within a healthcare setting, including nursing leadership experience preferred. Strong understanding of health regulation policies such as JCAHO standards and compliance requirements. Exceptional managerial communication skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate across departments. Expertise in healthcare financial management to optimize practice profitability and resource allocation.
