Job Description
This position begins part-time and fully remote, with room to grow. As Aspire adds clinicians and patient volume increases, we expect this role to expand into a full-time position with broader operational responsibility, and potentially a transition to a hybrid or in-office role at our Upper Saddle River location. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the practice: starting with focused operational support now, and taking on more ownership, more scope, and more responsibility as we scale. What You'll Do (To Start) Oversee billing workflows, including private-pay and out-of-network billing processes Coordinate with and help track deliverables for our contractor team, including marketing and outreach staff Manage vendor relationships and practice administrative tools Support scheduling oversight and administrative workflows Help build out systems, documentation, and processes that will support the practice as it scales Provide regular reporting and updates to the Clinical Director As the Role Grows As Aspire adds clinicians and patient volume, this role is expected to expand into a full-time position with broader ownership over practice operations, including: Full oversight of day-to-day practice operations across a growing clinical team Expanded billing and insurance management, including PIP/MVA claims and denial follow-up Hiring, onboarding, and management of practice staff Tracking KPIs and driving operational strategy alongside the Clinical Director Potential transition to a hybrid or in-office role as the practice grows What We're Looking For Experience in practice management, medical or behavioral health office administration, or small business operations Comfort working independently in a fully remote role Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities Experience with billing, scheduling software, or healthcare administrative systems is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Someone who is excited about growing with the practice, starting part-time and taking on more responsibility as the role expands to full-time Discretion and comfort handling sensitive patient and business information Why Aspire Opportunity to shape operations at a growing specialty practice from the ground up Flexible, remote, part-time schedule to start A clear growth path: this role is expected to expand into full-time with broader operational ownership as we scale Work directly with the Clinical Director and a small, dedicated team
