Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits using Open Dental Schedule appointments efficiently using Open Dental practice management software Present and explain treatment plans clearly to patients Discuss treatment costs, insurance coverage, and financing options Coordinate with insurance companies for claims submission and follow-ups Assist with dental billing and insurance processing Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in Open Dental Support front desk operations, including answering phones and managing patient flow Qualifications Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Dental Front Office, or Dental Receptionist preferred Experience with Open Dental is strongly preferred Knowledge of dental insurance verification and dental billing Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Strong organization and multitasking abilities Comfortable explaining treatment plans and financial options to patients Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) candidates are a big plus Who Will Thrive in This Role This position is ideal for someone who: ✔ Loves interacting with patients ✔ Enjoys helping patients move forward with treatment ✔ Is organized and detail-oriented ✔ Wants to grow professionally in dentistry ✔ Wants to be part of a team that is building something great Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Monthly performance bonuses Career growth opportunities Mentorship and professional development Supportive team environment If you're looking for a long-term opportunity where you can grow, earn bonuses, and make a real difference , we would love to meet you.
