This is a true management position . We are looking for someone who can lead our team, manage the front office and daily operations, solve problems, improve systems, and help us grow — while allowing the doctor and owners to focus more on patient care and the long-term direction of the practice. What You'll Do Manage the day-to-day operation of the practice Lead, coach, and hold the team accountable Oversee staffing, scheduling, hiring, and employee performance Manage patient communication, new-patient calls, treatment coordination, and follow-up Monitor production, collections, AR, billing, insurance, and expenses Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and patient care Oversee office systems, Dentrix, vendors, supplies, and compliance Work directly with the owners to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions Jump in and help wherever needed, including assisting clinically when necessary We're Looking For 3-5+ years of dental management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with dental scheduling, treatment coordination, billing, insurance, collections, and AR Comfortable discussing treatment and financial arrangements with patients Dentrix experience preferred Dental assisting experience strongly preferred Organized, proactive, dependable, and comfortable with numbers Someone who takes initiative and doesn't need to be told what needs to be done Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, dental management, or related field preferred; relevant experience will be strongly considered Schedule & Benefits 40 paid hours/week
