This position will report to the Billing and Admissions Supervisor.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Manage the Medical Records line, handle voicemails, and log/send records requests; duplicate, send, and scan records as needed; direct to website as appropriate. Communicate with outside agencies and internal departments. Monitor internal emergency phone line, respond promptly, assess caller needs and transfer to the appropriate department. Provide backup support for staff and assist departments such as Admissions, Billing, Welcome Center, Medical Records and Prior Authorization as needed. Additional responsibilities assigned by management or senior leadership to support Clinical Operations. Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
