HEDIS Medical Record Collector | Hybrid | Fresno County, CA | Contract Walker Healthforce is seeking a HEDIS Medical Record Collector with at least 1 season/year of medical record collection experience and 1 year of managed care experience to support provider outreach, medical record retrieval, processing, and audit-related activities. This is a Contract opportunity.

Hybrid - Fresno County, CA; requires travel to provider offices up to two hours from the candidate's home. Remote work is performed when not in the field. Mileage is reimbursed.

Core Requirements:

1 season/year of medical record collection experience 1 year of managed care experience Experience with provider outreach and medical record retrieval Ability to retrieve records through phone, fax, mail, electronic medical record systems, and onsite pickup High School Diploma or equivalent Must reside in the Fresno County, CA area and be willing to travel up to two hours from home Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and car insurance Designated workspace and reliable internet Ability to work PST hours

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct provider outreach to pursue and collect medical records. Coordinate the identification, pursuit, and collection of medical records and related data. Retrieve records through phone, fax, mail, electronic medical record systems, and onsite provider visits. Travel to provider offices to retrieve medical records as assigned. Process incoming records and upload data into the Medical Record application. Support annual audits and other medical record-related projects. Participate in meetings supporting the medical record collection process. Complete other assigned medical record collection tasks.
