Delta Health System is seeking a dedicated Medical Staff Bylaws & Governance Specialist to join our patient-focused team.

Requirements:

Provides specialized, project-based support for the review, revision, organization, and maintenance of Delta Health System's Medical Staff governance documents. Conduct a comprehensive review and revision of the Medical Staff Bylaws and Medical Staff Rules & Regulations, working collaboratively with Medical Staff leadership, Administration, Medical Staff Services, Compliance, Quality, and legal counsel as appropriate. Ensure that Medical Staff governance documents are current, internally consistent, operationally practical, and aligned with applicable federal and state requirements, accreditation standards, hospital policies, and recognized Medical Staff governance practices. Associate's or bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in Medical Staff Services, Medical Staff governance, credentialing, healthcare administration, regulatory compliance, hospital administration, or a related healthcare field strongly preferred
