Responsibilities (60%)- Primary Job Function as assigned - from the following list; performing analysis tasks, birth certificate completions, the merging of medical record numbers, release of information and diagnostic verification as assigned. (20%)
- Chart prep, Quality Checking, scanning and validation. Other clerical duties as needed. (20%)
- Answering phone and working with internal and external customers.
