Paid time off Front Desk Receptionist - Full-Time / Part-Time Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and organized full-time Front Desk Receptionist to support daily office operations and provide professional customer service. The position involves greeting and assisting patients/visitors, answering phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling medical charts and filing. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and messages. Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments. Check patients in and out and assist with front-desk paperwork. Pull and prepare patient charts for scheduled appointments. File charts and medical records accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain organized filing systems and locate records when requested. Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information. Scan, copy, and organize documents as needed. Maintain patient confidentiality and follow office policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and office staff. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous front-desk, receptionist, medical office, or administrative experience preferred. Strong organizational and filing skills. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office environment. Comfortable handling confidential patient information. Basic computer skills and ability to learn office systems. Reliable, punctual, and professional.
