$20.00-$22 per hour (based on experience) About Us We are patient-focused oral and maxillofacial surgery practice dedicated to providing exceptional care in a welcoming and professional environment. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy helping patients, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and have excellent customer service skills, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Welcome patients with a warm and professional attitude. Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments. Verify insurance eligibility and update patient information. Check patients in and out efficiently. Collect co-pays and process payments. Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Maintain accurate electronic patient records. Respond to patient questions and provide excellent customer service. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous dental, oral surgery, experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using electronic health records and scheduling software. Knowledge of dental insurance is a plus. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
