We are a thriving pediatric dental office dedicated to providing top-quality care while making every visit a fun and positive experience for our young patients. We are looking for a Front Office Coordinator who will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, excellent patient service, and a friendly atmosphere for children and their families.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
Be the smiling face of our practice•greeting patients and making them feel at ease Manage the daily schedule to ensure smooth patient flow and minimal wait times Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, confirm visits, and handle inquiries with a friendly touch Verify insurance eligibility and help families understand their coverage Assist with billing, collections, and accounts receivable to keep things running smoothly Encourage patient reviews and referrals to help grow our practice Communicate with doctors and staff to ensure exceptional patient care Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
What We're Looking For:
✔ 1-3 years of dental experience (pediatric/orthodontic experience preferred!) ✔ Strong communication and customer service skills•you love working with people! ✔ Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix experience a plus!) ✔ Organized and detail-oriented•you keep things running like clockwork! ✔ A team player with a positive attitude and a heart for kids If you're ready to make a difference in children's lives while working with an amazing team, we'd love to hear from you!
