This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Schedule:

5 days per week (Monday - Friday, 10am-7pm)

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome clients warmly and ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure. Handle scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently. Manage phone calls professionally, providing accurate information about services and policies. Operate cash register, process payments, and create invoices accurately. Take high-quality client photographs and maintain digital records. Proficiently use Mac devices and related software.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, and multitasking is required. Experience in the aesthetic or cosmetic industry is a plus, but not mandatory. Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to delivering elite customer service and maintaining client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards. Why Join Us?
