This position will provide friendly reception, high-quality administrative support and customer service to patients and visitors. Our ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient and outgoing with a professional demeanor. We are looking for a candidate that has experience working in a medical office environment and has prior knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities:

Check patients in and out. Answering phones. Taking messages. Greeting visitors. Insurance Verification. Ensuring that patient folders and records are organized, clean, and accessible. Assisting patients with questions or concerns through phone or in person. Providing assistance for patients vision needs.
