Join a dynamic, patient-focused dental team in the heart of Waterbury, CT. Dr. Dental is seeking an energetic, organized, and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our growing office. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with patients, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we want to meet you. Must have experience treatment planning.
Schedule:
Mon- Fri 9-5 or 10-6 e/o sat 9-3 Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Schedule appointments and manage the front desk efficiently Make 50+ outbound calls daily to confirm appointments and contact new patients Present treatment plans confidently and help patients schedule care Support the clinical team with coordination and communication Maintain accurate patient records and handle insurance verifications Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Prior dental or medical office experience preferred Sales or customer service experience strongly desired Excellent communication and phone skills Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail Reliable and organized with strong multitasking skills Why Join Dr. Dental Competitive pay based on experience Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, and 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Supportive, family-oriented team environment Growth opportunities within a well-established, multi-location dental organization
