  • We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while managing the daily operations of the front desk. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and efficient scheduling.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
Manage patient check-in and check-out process efficiently. Schedule and confirm appointments, including follow-ups and reminders. Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about services. Maintain accurate patient records and manage electronic filing systems. Process payments and insurance claims, ensuring accurate billing procedures. Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence and maintaining office supplies. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication. Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
Previous experience in a dental office. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using computer systems and dental software (experience with Dentrix preferred). Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Positive attitude and a commitment to patient care. Bilingual
