Job Description:
As a Front Desk Receptionist at Rogers Bridge Pediatric Therapy, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary Schedule appointments and manage appointment calendar Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related questions Keep the front desk area and waiting room clean, organized, and presentable Provide information to patients regarding therapy services, policies, and procedures Coordinate schedules and communicate effectively with therapists to ensure efficient patient flow Perform administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry as needed Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Maintain records of correspondence exchanged with medical professionals and insurance providers, including documents sent and received
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Proficient in basic computer skills Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred but not required Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Compassionate and patient-oriented attitude Spanish speaking preferred We offer competitive pay based on experience.
