As a premier sleep health provider, we diagnose and treat a wide variety of sleep disorders, helping our patients finally get the sleep they've been dreaming of. We are looking for a warm, organized, and empathetic Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face (and voice) of our clinic. Key Responsibilities As our Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients seeking relief from sleep struggles.
Your daily flow will include:
Patient Welcoming & Check-In:
Greet patients with a warm smile, manage the intake process, and ensure they feel comfortable and valued.
Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule initial consultations, follow-ups, and specialized overnight sleep studies.
Phone & Email Management:
Answer inquiries with empathy and clarity, directing calls to clinical staff when necessary.
Administrative Support:
Maintain electronic health records (EHR), process co-pays, and assist with basic insurance verification.
Office Vibe Curator:
Keep the reception and waiting area tidy, calm, and organized (think peaceful, low-stress environment).
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
1-2 years of reception, customer service, or medical front desk experience (preferred, but we love training the right personality!).
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a deeply empathetic phone manner.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfort learning scheduling software and electronic medical records.
Detail-Oriented:
A knack for organization and multitasking without breaking a sweat.
