Full-Time Gameday Men's Health is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our Ankeny team. This position is primarily front desk and patient-focused, with the potential to develop into a dual Front Desk/Medical Assistant role for the right candidate. CMA certification is a plus! We are a fast-paced men's health clinic focused on providing an exceptional patient experience in a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience Answer incoming calls and assist with patient questions Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Check patients in and out Collect payments and assist with basic billing and payment questions Maintain accurate patient information in our electronic medical record system Coordinate follow-up appointments and patient communication Help ensure patients stay on schedule with recommended follow-ups Maintain an organized and professional front desk and reception area Communicate effectively with providers and other team members Assist with general administrative duties as needed Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements Potential Clinical Responsibilities for CMA Candidates Depending on certification, training, experience, and clinic needs, this position may also assist with clinical duties such as: Patient intake and vital signs Phlebotomy and blood draws Preparing exam rooms Assisting providers with patient care Injections and other appropriately delegated clinical duties Maintaining clinical supplies and assisting with day-to-day patient flow Qualifications Previous receptionist, medical office, or customer service experience preferred CMA certification is a strong plus Previous phlebotomy and injection experience is a plus for candidates interested in a dual role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable and punctual Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, email, and office software Compensation & Benefits 20.00-24.00 per hour, based on experience Full-time position Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan Employee discounts on eligible Gameday Men's Health services Training and opportunities for growth Supportive, team-oriented work environment About Gameday Men's Health Gameday Men's Health specializes in helping men feel their best through personalized health and wellness services.
