Front Desk Position Core Responsibility:

Be the first point of contact for our patients and help create an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. We're looking for someone who is warm, personable, proactive, and genuinely enjoys people. As our Patient Engagement Specialist, you'll do much more than answer phones and check patients in and out. You'll build relationships with patients, advocate for their experience, partner closely with our clinical team, and help keep the office running smoothly.
