Welcome Patients:
Be the friendly face and voice of our practice- greeting patients in both English and Spanish.
Manage Appointments:
Schedule and reschedule appointments efficiently.Handle Records:
Update and maintain patient records.Verify Insurance:
Check insurance details and assist with claims.Perform Admin Tasks:
Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage office paperwork.Process Payments:
Handle patient payments and billing inquiries Verify insurance and process payments. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy. Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient experiences. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.Skills:
- Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental practice management systems
- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
