Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a qualified Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator to act as the first point of contact for patients in our Dental office located in Arlington Heights, IL. The right applicant will have experience greeting patients, verifying insurance and personal information, answering questions and directing patients until they are met by the Dental Assistant. Front Desk is responsible for general administrative tasks associated with the efficient running of the office.
Office Location:
All Family Dental and Braces 1044 W Rand Rd. Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 8:30am-6pm, Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, and every other Saturday 7:30am-2pm. Responsibilities Greet patients and check guests in according to established office protocols and verify and update patient information Move patients through appointments as scheduled and schedule appointments ensuring patients are attended to on time Collect payments from patients at time of treatment and inform patients of financial treatment plan options Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Requirements Previous administrative work in a dental office is required Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the workday Excellent customer service skills with an outgoing, people friendly personality The ideal applicant will display and demonstrate excellent communication skills with staff and patients Desire to learn new skills and expand your potential Compensation Package and Benefits Compensation will be comprised of a base salary that is commensurate with experience Paid time off and sick time #UDP123
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
