Job description: We are looking for a versatile, proactive team member to join our practice in a dual-role capacity. By bridging the gap between the front desk and clinical operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive top-tier care in a pristine, efficiently managed space.
The Role:
Impacting Every Step of the Patient Journey As a specialist in both administrative and clinical support, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of what makes a dental practice excel.
Your workday will involve:
Coordinating the
Patient Experience:
Serving as the professional face of our practice at the front desk—managing check-ins, scheduling, insurance verification, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Driving Clinical Efficiency:
Keeping the "engine" of the office running by expertly turning over treatment rooms and managing the sterilization of instruments between appointments. Maintaining a
Gold-Standard Environment:
Taking pride in the physical space by performing light cleaning duties to ensure every corner of the office—from the lobby to the operatories—is spotless and organized.
Collaborative Logistics:
Assisting with the administrative and clinical tasks that allow our providers to focus entirely on patient care.
Qualifications Experience:
At least 1 year of experience working in a dental setting is required.
Adaptability:
A natural ability to switch gears between administrative tasks and clinical support as the office pace changes.
Precision:
A strong commitment to sterilization protocols and maintaining a hygienic, medical-grade environment.
