Position Details:
Schedule:
Monday through Saturday (rotating or as assigned)
Experience Required:
Minimum 2+ years of front desk experience in a dental office
Software Experience:
Proficiency with Eaglesoft is required
Preferred:
Experience as a Dental Assistant is a big plus — we're looking for someone flexible who can help in both the front and back office as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently Verify dental insurance and handle billing inquiries Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front office environment Assist with clinical tasks when needed, if trained and certified
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has 2+ years of dental front desk experience Has strong working knowledge of Eaglesoft Is a team player with a positive, professional attitude Learns quickly and adapts easily Communicates effectively with patients and coworkers Bilingual in English and Arabic preferred Has dental assisting experience (preferred but not required) If you're passionate about patient care, love being part of a team, and are ready to grow with us, we'd love to hear from you!
