Job Description

We are a busy, patient-centered Allergy and Immunology clinic committed to providing exceptional care to children and adults. We're looking for a friendly and dependable Front Office Receptionist to join our team part-time, with the potential to become full-time.
Hours:
M/Th:
approximately 7:45 AM- 5
PM W:
approximately 8 AM- 12 PM Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with a welcoming, professional attitude Answer phone calls and route calls/messages appropriately Schedule and confirm appointments using electronic health record (EHR) Verify insurance coverage and collect co-pays or balances Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations Help with referrals and medical records requests Support a smooth clinic flow by coordinating with clinical staff Perform general administrative tasks (scanning, faxing, filing) Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) 1+ year experience in a medical front office (preferred) Experience with EHR systems (EPIC preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working with pediatric and adult patients Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
