Dental Office Front Desk Part Time

Dental office in excellent location in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and public transportion. We have a front desk position for someone with a good work ethic and strong computer skills. Must have experience working in dental office but willing to train the right person, must also have strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask. Free parking available on site and less than one minute walk to MBTA T stop. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Making, confirming appointments, maintaining full schedule. Excellent customer service and communication skills Billing, accepting patient payments, posting treatment plan, posting claims, calling dental insurances to determine benefits/ eligibility, presenting treatment plan and insurances to patient. Coordinating cases to dental lab. Must have strong, well refined computer skills. Requirement for position. Must be reliable and a have a strong attention to detail. Must have the ability to multitask. Must be able to work independently and trouble shoot without asking for assistance. Pay is commensurate with level experience.
