Scheduling & Coordination Schedule resident appointments as needed. Escort residents to appointments when assistance is required. Transportation Assistance (MassHealth/MART) Assist residents with PT-1 enrollment and/or use of MassHealth transportation services and MART. Coordinate transportation details to ensure residents arrive on time. Documentation Management Upload all required resident documents to the appropriate system(s). Follow up to confirm all documentation has been completed successfully. Resident & Family Support Provide facility tours for residents' families and answer general questions. Ongoing Follow-Up Follow up on resident needs, appointments, transportation, and documentation to ensure everything is completed
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet visitors. Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and determine purpose of call and transfer call. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
Requirements:
Computer and software skills. Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must have great organizational skills. Must have great customer service and interpersonal skills.
