Flexible availability required, including evenings and weekends About the Role Northeast Valet is looking for an experienced and dependable Valet Operations Supervisor to help lead our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone with a strong valet background who is ready to take on more responsibility. Our supervisors work alongside the team while helping manage daily operations, staffing, client communication, vehicle safety, and overall organization. There is room to grow within Northeast Valet for the right person as we continue to expand our operations throughout the Greater Boston area. Responsibilities Supervise and lead valet attendants during assigned shifts. Lead by example and assist with parking and retrieving vehicles during busy periods. Coordinate traffic flow, vehicle staging, key control, and parking areas. Maintain a safe, organized, and professional operation. Train new employees and provide ongoing direction to existing staff. Assist with employee scheduling, shift coverage, and last-minute staffing changes. Communicate professionally with clients, property management, guests, and Northeast Valet management. Monitor employee performance, attendance, uniforms, and customer service. Complete vehicle audits, shift reports, incident reports, and other operational documentation. Utilize Flash Parking or similar ticketless valet technology to manage vehicles and daily operations. Assist with special events and high-volume valet operations. Help identify and solve operational issues before they become larger problems. Required Experience Minimum 2 years of professional valet experience required. Previous experience as a valet lead, supervisor, or shift leader strongly preferred. Previous experience with employee scheduling and coordinating shift coverage preferred. Experience communicating directly with clients, property managers, or hospitality management preferred. Experience with Flash Parking, Flash Valet, or a similar ticketless valet system is strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Confident and comfortable driving a wide variety of vehicles. Manual transmission experience is a plus. The right candidate will be able to communicate professionally with both employees and clients, handle changing staffing or operational needs, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong phone, computer, and mobile app skills are important for this position. Compensation & Growth $23 - $27 per hour based on experience.
