We're looking for a friendly, experienced Part-Time Dental Front Desk Team Member to join our growing team! If you know your way around a dental office, know the terminology, and can navigate Dentrix with confidence, we'd love to meet you. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a team that takes pride in making patients feel welcome. Responsibilities Greeting and checking in/out patients Answering phones and scheduling appointments Managing patient records and insurance information Verifying dental insurance and assisting with treatment estimates Collecting payments and handing front desk transactions Communicating with patients in a professional and friendly manner Maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area Working closely with the dental team to ensure a smooth patient experience Qualifications Previous experience working in a dental office Dentrix experience required Knowledge of terminology and procedures Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, friendly, and dependable Able to multitask and work efficiently This part-time position will be 2 days a week.
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 18.0 - 20.0 per week
