Established in 1999, the Center for Holistic Medicine (CHM) is a growing & fast-paced Holistic Family Practice. Many of our patients have come to CHM as a 'last resort' after failed experiences with traditional medicine. Oftentimes, they come to our office in the worst of health. We are looking for people who want to be the 'Face of CHM'; someone who welcomes our patients with a smile; someone who is warm, compassionate, accommodating, and able to make our patients feel that CHM is their home away from home. Simply put, when a patient arrives at our office, our priority is to do everything we can to make their day. The CHM Medical Staff are conventionally trained & licensed in Family Practice, with the additional overlay of holistic principles. While we do not claim to have a cure for any illness, we do believe that we can enhance the individual's immune system by supporting the 'host' & the terrain of the host. The human body is well designed and the immune system, when given the proper support, can optimally function.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our CHM Family. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical reception, an appreciation for holistic health care, have an understanding of excellent customer service, possess strong organizational skills, and maintain a punctual & consistent attendance record. To learn more about CHM please visit us at: www.centerforholisticmedicine.com The responsibilities of a CHM Medical Receptionist include (but are not exclusive to) answering phones, scheduling appointments, prepping charts for the next day, check-in, check-out, customer service, filing, re-stocking, etc. A CHM Medical Receptionist must have a strong work ethic, have a positive attitude, be able to quickly adapt to the needs of our patients, and be willing to step in and help their co-workers when needed. All receptionists are required to purchase and wear medical scrubs with comfortable closed toe shoes.
